Wedding decorators in Lahore

Every function, one design story.

A Pakistani wedding is not one event, it is a week of them, and each has its own mood. The dholki wants warmth and floor cushions, the mayun wants yellow and genda phool, the mehndi wants colour and noise, the baraat wants grandeur and the walima wants calm elegance. Most families end up hiring a different decorator for each, and the result looks like five weddings stitched together. We design the whole week as one story, so every function feels distinct but unmistakably yours.

People often ask whether they need a wedding decorator or a wedding planner. A decorator designs and builds the look: the stage, the ceiling, the florals, the lighting, the entrance. A planner manages the moving parts: timings, vendors, guest flow and the hundred small decisions on the day. We do both under one roof, so if you only want the decor, we will build it beautifully, and if you want everything handled, our wedding planning team takes the rest off your shoulders.

What separates a premium decorator is not how much they spend, it is how carefully they think. It shows in the chandelier hung at the right height for photographs, the red rose aisle that frames the rukhsati walk, the lighting that flatters faces rather than flattening them. You will see that thinking in our barat decor and mehndi setups. Start with a free consultation and you will get an honest written proposal, with no surprises later.

Loved by families across Pakistan

In our clients' own words.

“A tremendous thank you team OT for executing our Walima on 8th of March 2021. You and your staff were highly organized and effectively delivered on a very tight (and shrinking) timeline, all the while maintaining your cool and focus. Everything was precisely delivered to plan: the floor plan, flow, linens, flowers, and set up. You and your team executed beyond our expectations.”

Good to know

Wedding decoration questions, answered.

How far in advance should we book wedding decorators in Lahore?

For peak wedding season, from roughly October to March, it is wise to book three to six months ahead, especially if your dates fall on weekends. Off-season and smaller functions can often be arranged in a few weeks. The earlier we meet, the more time there is to source the florals and fabrics your design needs.

Can you decorate all our wedding functions, even at different venues?

Yes. Many families hold the dholki at home, the mehndi at a farmhouse and the barat and walima in a hall or marquee. We plan each venue separately, build to its size and rules, and keep the look connected so the whole wedding feels like one story rather than separate events.

What is the difference between a wedding decorator and a wedding planner?

A decorator designs and builds the visual setup: stages, florals, ceilings, lighting and entrances. A planner coordinates the whole event, including timings, vendors and guest flow. Events by OT offers both, so you can book decor on its own or let one team manage everything from first idea to last guest.

Do you use fresh flowers or artificial ones?

Both, depending on the look and the budget. Fresh roses, genda phool and seasonal blooms are ideal for aisles, garlands and anything guests will touch or photograph closely. High-quality artificial florals work well for large ceilings and backdrops. We will recommend the right mix in your proposal and explain why.

How do we get a quote for our wedding decor?

Call or WhatsApp us on 0322-4414442 to book a free consultation, either at our Liberty Chowk office or over a call. We will talk through your functions, venues, guest numbers and ideas, then send an honest written proposal that sets out exactly what is included.
